Hey, I get it—life can feel like a lot sometimes. And if you’re here, maybe you’re not feeling okay. You don’t have to have everything figured out on your own.
Talking to someone—really talking—can help more than you might think. Working with a counselor is not a sign of weakness. It is a brave step toward healing. We’ll sort things out together, one small step at a time.
Trauma can leave lasting scars, but those scars don’t define you. As a trauma-informed counselor, I create a space where you can explore your past experiences without fear. Whether you’re processing old wounds or recent challenges, you’re in a safe, non-judgmental environment where healing is possible.
Every relationship faces its challenges, whether it’s communication issues, trust, or navigating major life changes. As a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, I provide tools and insights tailored to your relationship to help you grow stronger together. Couples counseling creates a space for both of you to be heard, understood, and work through difficulties with guidance and care.
I’m originally from Portland, Oregon, but for over a decade now, I’ve called Richardson, Texas, home. I’m a wife and mother of two, which means life is always full, often chaotic, and always an adventure! I love staying active, whether it’s chasing after my kids or carving out time for myself to stay healthy and grounded. My faith as a follower of Jesus deeply shapes who I am, and I believe in living a life rooted in love, grace, and purpose.
Mental health holds a special place in my heart. I’ve been through my share of hard seasons, and I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by life. I also believe in the power of resilience, authentic joy, and our body’s unique ability to heal.
As an avid learner, I’m constantly amazed at how God wired our minds. I love diving deep into how we’re designed to heal and grow, and I believe that no one is ever too far gone to experience real change. I’m here to listen, walk alongside you, and help you discover that resilience and transformation are absolutely possible.
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel a little intimidating, and that’s completely okay. I want you to know that I strive to foster an environment of safety. Whether you’re ready to book an appointment or just have a few questions, I’m here to listen. Let’s start the conversation and see how I can support you on your journey.
